In the world of pottery, "seconds" are pieces with imperfections. All sales of seconds and samples are final. They are all functional, safe and beautiful. They will have one or more of the following imperfections explained in more detail in our journal – uneven glaze, wonky shape, minor surface splits or bumps in glaze, discolouration, marks from kiln, pitted clay, not enough or too many speckles.
